| Two lovely deep brown enamelware bowls with hand painted pink wild roses and blue forget-me-nots. The smaller bowl is 8 3/4 inches in diameter at the top and fits into the larger one which is approximately 9 1/2 inches in diameter. They are 2 1/2 and 2 3/4 inches high. Both bowls are in nice condition with slightly rough edges but no rust. They were definitely used so that the enamel surfaces show some scratching. The smaller bowl has a tiny white mark to the left of the rose decor which appears to be an original flaw. Both bowls are very decorative and would look great in a rustic kitchen. Circa 1910-1920. | ||||||||||
