This windmill shaped ornament is Czech. It is an unusual shape. The beads are long blue tubes, round white, rocailles, round pink and some other beads. Windmill is 4 inches tall and the blades are 2 1/8 inches long. It is in nice condition. There are 2 broke beads. Circa late 1930s or 1940s.
