This rabbit candy container is from our Werner Brauer Collection. He is 13 1/2 inches tall and has a basket on his back. His head can be removed so his body can be filled with Easter goodies. He is made of papier-mâché using an original mold from the early 20th century. His soft brown eyes are glass. Mr. Brauer hand-paints all of his items in a small studio in Germany. The egg in the rabbit's basket is not part of this sale but also available from antikhaus. Please inquire.

These new eggs are made of cardboard with the same design on both sides of the exterior. The inside is lined with green floral paper. Large eggs are 6 inches long, small eggs 4 1/2 inches long.
