Payment and Shipping

We at antikhaus accept VISA and MasterCard as well as personal checks, money orders to the amount of the purchase and wire transfers. As soon as payment has cleared our bank, antikhaus ships via insured USPS priority within the US and occasionally from Germany via insured DHL. In most cases the customer pays only the actual shipping costs.

Return Policy

We endeavor to list and describe all of our merchandise to the best of our knowledge. In the event of a mistake or discrepancy on our part, we will refund the purchase price. Should a customer for any reason not be satisfied with his/her purchase, antikhaus will accept return of the merchandise, in the same condition in which it was shipped, by insured shipment within 3 business days after notification that the item is being returned. We must be notified that the item is being returned within 3 days of its arrival at the recipient’s address. Refunds will be made less shipping, handling, insurance and any applicable credit card fees.

Shipping Damage

In the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, antikhaus must be contacted immediately. It is absolutely mandatory that the recipient keep all boxes and packing materials as this is a stipulation of both USPS and DHL. Failure to do so could result in a denial of an insurance claim. Although all claims are the responsibility of the recipient, antikhaus will give any and all assistance necessary.

Layaways

We at antikhaus do offer layaways but at our own discretion on a case by case basis. We prefer personal checks for layaway accounts. We require an initial 20% minimum down payment which is non-refundable and final payment within 90 days. Multiple layaways will not be considered. Items purchased on a layaway plan may not be returned for any reason. Installments must be made in a timely fashion - every 4 weeks. Should final payment not be received within 90 days, the 20% deposit will not be refunded and the item will be offered for sale to other clients.
